Blue Kimono Silk with Maple Leaves

This pouch is made with upcycled vintage kimono fabric on the outside and new cotton fabric on the inside. A Kimono often has unique pattern running down its length, so most of my pouches are one-of-a-kind.
 
Midweight strong blue silk with maple trees and plum blossoms in white, red, and blue. Cotton lining is deep red with gold cherry blossom pattern. Dark blue Japanese "Edo-uchi" rayon drawcords.
