White & Red Vintage Silk Kimono Kinchaku

This pouch is made with upcycled vintage kimono fabric on the outside and new cotton fabric on the inside. A Kimono often has unique pattern running down its length, so most of my pouches are one-of-a-kind.

Vintage Kimono silk in very light grey with flowers and drums in black, gold, red white and pink. Cotton lining is dark red with Japanese ikat pattern. Dark red Japanese "Edo-uchi" rayon drawcords.

*Colors on the monitor/device may be slightly different from actual item. The outer silk fabric may have minor flaws or creases from its previous life as a Kimono.

If immersed in water, it will most likely shrink. I do not recommend washing this bag.
